The short version: Aeolian's one-time unlock is purchased through the Apple App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. If you hit any trouble, email us and we will help however we can.
App Store purchases
The one-time Full Access unlock is a purchase through the Apple App Store, processed by Apple. Refunds are requested and decided through Apple's system:
- Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Aeolian purchase, and request a refund.
We do not control Apple's refund decisions, but if you run into trouble, email support@aeolianbreath.com and we will do what we can to help.
Notes
- Refunding a purchase revokes Full Access.
- This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
